Through their lectures, services and books, Ryan and his companies have helped hundreds of business owners, real estate professionals and entrepreneurs generate new customers and more revenue online. As the owner of multiple businesses, Ryan has learned the art of business automation and lead generation by harnessing the power of the internet. Ryan has lectured to corporations, small business owners and entrepreneurs around the world on the power of search engine marketing to attract more business and how to leverage outsourcing to get more done in less time.

Bernard is your digital marketing strategist. He will help formulate your online strategy and framework to keep the project on track. His previous experience includes working at Microsoft Corporation where he managed multi-million dollar search engine marketing campaigns for major companies like Ford, Toyota. McDonald’s and more. He has his BA, from the University of Baltimore and MBA from Seattle University. Bernard enjoys visiting a new country every year and eating the local dishes. In Asia, he recommends getting drinks with NO ice.

Francis, nick named “The Robot” will be your lead inbound marketing consultant. He has worked on several multi-million dollar product launches. He focuses on creating killer email-marketing campaigns that get opened, read and help make your cash register ring. He is an old school student of direct marketing, so in his spare time he loves collecting junk mail and watching infomercials. You can find him at the local Whole Foods picking the best fruits and vegetables to juice

Ryan Chin

Lead Generation Consultant

Ryan brings over a decade of marketing and technology experience to his clients. Working as a Management Consultant at Accenture, he delivered solutions to complex problems for Fortune 500 companies. After leaving Accenture, he started an e-commerce business and became an eBay Top Rated Seller and one of Amazon.com’s Top 25% sellers. Prior to joining Think Strategy, he founded two startups. He graduated from the University of Washington with an undergraduate degree in Business and holds an MBA from Seattle University. During his down time, he’s likely to be on a beach reading Malcolm Gladwell’s latest book.

Developer and Designer

Thu will be your rock star in-house designer/developer. She is the recipient of the 2013 Women of Tech “Code Fellows” scholarship award. Her experience is in user interface and user experience on the web. In her spare time she writes a ton of lines of code in Ruby on Rails and is studying for her computer science program at the University of Washington. You can find her long-boarding (or falling) around Green Lake.

John brings a passion for usability. He has the skills in programming and graphics as well as the creativity and imagination to bring your site to life. From the Human Centered Design and Engineering department at the University of Washington, he is well versed in creating simple, appealing and practical software. He enjoys spending this free time running through Ravenna Park and weight lifting. On the weekends you can find him exploring new trails while hiking in the Cascades.
